With the Double Hanger up to 4 whole Sirloins can be hung up at once. The Hanger is made of stainless steel and is extremely sturdy with a total load capacity of 176 lbs. S-Hooks are not included.
It is best to insert Double Hanger in the upper part of the DRYAGER, then hang larger pieces of meat on the hanger with S-Hooks. This way, the meat hangs freely in the DRYAGER, allowing air to flow around it perfectly and ensuring an ideal maturing.
Integrated grooves in the hanger allow the S-Hooks to engage perfectly and prevent slippage.
Please make sure that the hanger is inserted into the DRYAGER in the right direction. The feet must always face downwards and not the other way round. This is the only way to ensure that the entire load is carried.
