The Half Shelf takes up only half the depth of the DRYAGER and can therefore still be pushed into the unit even if larger pieces of meat are hanging in the rear of the DRYAGER. It is the perfect complement to the UX 1500 PRO.
The Half Shelf allows you to load the DRYAGER even more efficiently and make even better use of the space in the DRYAGER.
The Shelf can be inserted at any possible position in the DRYAGER and can be loaded up to 44 lb per grate. Made of stainless steel.
Note:
The grate cannot be inserted all the way to the back of the appliance. It can only be inserted up to the front half. Maximum of 5 Shelfs for a practical division in the DRYAGER.
