This set of 4 sknife steak knives—a JB Prince Exclusive—is an extension of our Chef Gray Kunz line of premium chef’s tools.
The sknife steak knife is forged in Chef Kunz’s native Switzerland out of “1.4123” surgical steel, a steel that has a hardness of 58 HRC and a four times higher corrosion resistance. The handles are made out of Swiss walnut wood and hand finished at the sknife knife manufactory in Biel.
This set of four is detailed with an engraving of the Chef Gray Kunz “GK” logo and packaged in an attractive protective wood case and sleeve also proudly displaying the “GK” logo.
